Our AI assessment process involves an automated voice interview conducted by an AI agent. This interview is recorded and transcribed for the purpose of generating your assessment report. By booking an assessment and completing the intake interview, you consent to this recording and transcription.

Recordings are retained only as long as necessary to deliver your report and are deleted within 90 days of report delivery unless you request earlier deletion.

Important for Healthcare Practices: If you are a healthcare practice (dental, medical, chiropractic, therapy, or other), please note that Trident Logic Systems is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA. Our AI Assessment collects general business operations information — not patient health information (PHI). We ask that you do not share any patient names, health records, or PHI during the intake interview or in any communications with us.
