Our Guarantee: If we complete your assessment and are unable to identify at least one genuine, actionable AI opportunity in your business, we will refund your assessment fee in full. This guarantee applies only when the client has completed the intake interview in good faith with accurate information. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of report delivery by emailing us at the contact information below.

This guarantee does not apply if: (a) you decline to complete the intake interview, (b) you provide materially inaccurate information, or (c) you have previously received an assessment from Trident Logic Systems for the same business.
